Converted a $25K investment into a $2M share exchange with a publicly traded company and a client list that stretched from Bloomingdales in New York to Kodak in Puerto Rico to Hong Kong Transit as the company first provided training solutions, then measurement techniques, and finally strategic consulting.
Niagara Cellars Inc.: Co-founder, Founding President and CEO, Vice Chair and Director. Successful capital raises leveraged a total of 9 acquisitions in the wine and spirit distribution arena into a $14M per annum wine company that continues to grow beyond expectations.
Strategy and Market Development
Forging new directions.
Union Gas/Centra Gas – creating a branded experience in the face of deregulation. Developed an integrated retail brand which delivered high customer loyalty and measurable add-on sales.
Bell Canada – Multiple projects for this Canadian giant, from creating the customer experience in the PhoneCentre stores to developing the commercialization strategy for broadband Internet Service.
Wine Council of Canada – facilitator for joint LCBO, government and Wine Council strategic planning, chosen by all parties as someone able to keep even the toughest discussions on track and fair.

Colleges Ontario - helping to create a focus on advocacy through sound strategy and essential changes in governance.
